Paris vs Top Hat

Yesterday me and Mel took a look at Notre Dame during the mass and listened to weird songs. My top hat with goggles turned out to be completely out of place here - since no one is really wearing anything unusual - but it seems to cheer people up and make them talk, which is awesome (even if I don't understand most of it). We bumped into a painter who was completely taken by the weird look so we're visiting him again tonight. In the evening we had a nice night out with good company and an evil slice of pecan nut pie which refused to be eaten. Paris is a lovely city.

Right now I'm heading for the catacombs...

They turned out to be awesome.;) Completely crazy amounts of bones... built into a structure!

Unfortunately I have no pics of me and CM at the Notre Dame in the sunset (went there for the organ concert). Pink/orange towers with the moon hoovering above - very pretty!

Scotland

After two failed attempts the aircraft finally took me to Scotland (6 days later than planned).




Went to Edinburgh - found Saurons holiday home, Sexton and my body guard.



After exploring the inside of the cannon the asian guy in the background took pictures of us... maybe he wanted to display the behaviour and features of the weird Europeans when he got home.

Steampunk session

Since my steampunk stuff usually decorates my desk I thought it would be good to give them some fresh air, so took them out for a photoshoot.



Victorian/old military accessories:
Binoculars
Coachmans(?) top hat
Pocket watch
Navy belt
Sam Browne belt
Pouches
Russian flight goggles
Mosquito spats (I have about 85 pairs of that kind, should probably sell them or something)



The necklace is hand made from Belgium with a real rose coated in plastic and the blouse is part of an old Victorian theatre costume. The corset is from What Katie Did and the skirt cut out from a second hand one. The telephone is new.



At times, I feel a bit like the mad hatter...

Sudden snow

Went to Ulricehamn a few days ago, and found the town completely covered in snow. Next time I'll bring hat and gloves... and maybe a flame thrower in case the snowmans attack.

Bloodfest

Freakshow time again, finally got to dress up for halloween.








My camera always goes psychedelic/surrealistic (by itself) when it gets close to Freakshows dance floor. It usually ends up in some nice pictures though so I guess it's ok.
